Prakriti is your natural body-mind constitution, determined from birth by the involvement of the three doshas — Vata, Pitta and Kapha. Vikriti is your current state: the imbalance that has developed over time through diet, lifestyle and lack of sleep.

Swanirmit Aushadhi means self-prepared medicine — formulations prepared in-house using traditional methods rather than sourced from third parties, with attention to ingredients, preparation and appropriate dosage.

Ayurveda does not recommend taking medicines without proper root-cause analysis. The same herb that suits one person may not suit another, because the appropriate medicine, dosage and diet depend on constitution, current imbalance, Agni, Ama and the stage of the condition.

Yes. Many conditions can be assessed and managed through an online consultation. Some cases may need an in-person or doorstep visit depending on what the assessment shows.

Prescribed medicines should not be stopped without medical supervision.
