How Ayurveda Understands It
Vata Dosha & Manas imbalance
According to Ayurveda, stress and anxiety are primarily associated with an imbalance of Vata Dosha, which can disturb the Manas (mind) and affect emotional stability.
Long-term stress may also weaken Agni (digestive and metabolic strength), contribute to the formation of Ama (metabolic toxins), and eventually impact overall physical and mental health.
Our Ayurvedic Approach to Stress & Anxiety
We follow a holistic, personalized approach rooted in Ayurvedic principles, to address the root cause of the condition and not the symptoms alone.

Aushadhi (Medicine)
Ayurvedic medicine formulations, based on the root-cause analysis of the condition, are prescribed to patients.
Vihaar (Lifestyle)
Meditation, Marma Chikitsa and other lifestyle actions are advised as per the condition.
Panchakarma (Personalized Therapy)

Many People Start Taking Herbs Such As:
Ashwagandha, Brahmi, Jatamansi, Shankhpushpi, Tagara, Guduchi, Yashtimadhu, Tulsi
…or other herbal formulations and Ayurveda-based supplements, after watching social media videos, reading online articles, or on the advice of friends and relatives.
However, Ayurveda does not recommend taking medicines without proper root-cause analysis.
