What Is Frozen Shoulder?
Frozen shoulder, also known as adhesive capsulitis, is a condition in which the shoulder joint becomes painful and stiff, making it difficult to move the arm.
The symptoms usually develop gradually and may worsen over time. Everyday activities such as combing hair, dressing, reaching overhead, or lifting objects can become challenging.

How Ayurveda Understands It
Apabahuka
In Ayurveda, frozen shoulder is commonly correlated with Apabahuka, a condition primarily caused by aggravated Vata Dosha affecting the shoulder joint.
This may lead to pain, stiffness, restricted movement, and weakness of the shoulder. Factors such as ageing, overuse, injury, prolonged immobility, and tissue depletion may contribute to the condition.
Our Ayurvedic Approach to Frozen Shoulder
We follow a holistic, personalized approach rooted in Ayurvedic principles, to address the root cause of the condition and not the symptoms alone.

Many People Start Taking Herbs Such As:
Ashwagandha, Giloy (Guduchi), Triphala, Guggulu, Shatavari, Shankhpushpi, Brahmi
…or other herbal formulations and Ayurveda-based supplements, after watching social media videos, reading online articles, or on the advice of friends and relatives.
